Cobalt Historical Society Presents the History of Cobalt's Namesake. Come to learn about how the Town of Cobalt got it's name and the history of mining cobalt ore. Bring along your mineral specimens for identification - our trail manager is a geologist and specializes in Cobalt mineralogy.
