On June 29th, our good friend, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo black belt, Professor Dainis Nguyen will be at Panda BJJ for not one, but two seminars! He'll be teaching a kids seminar at noon, followed by an adults seminar at 1pm.

Professor Dainis is a highly accomplished competitor and brings over 20 years of martial arts experience. He is the owner and head instructor of Team DNA in Whitby. He is a first degree black belt under Toronto BJJ head instructor and Jiu-Jitsu For Life Team co-founder, Professor Jorge Britto.

His list of achievements is too extensive for this post, but here are some of his accomplishments at black belt (he's competed and won since this list was last updated):
